At Speakeria Magazine, we do custom work for our clients, from digital branding to PR and magazine features. Because this work takes time and is made just for you, we don’t give refunds once you’ve paid or confirmed your order.

If you need to cancel, you have to let us know in writing within 48 hours of placing the order. We can only stop the process if our team hasn’t started on your project yet (or if something unavoidable, like a natural disaster, stops the work). Once the work is underway, we can’t cancel it. It’s always best to ask us any questions you have before you confirm the order so we’re on the same page.

Our Prices

The cost of our services depends on exactly what you need us to do. Since every project is different, we don’t have one set price. If you want to know what your project will cost, just email us. We’ll send you our latest media kits and give you a price based on your specific goals.

Dispatch & Delivery

If you order a print copy of the magazine or any of our gear, we use third-party shipping companies to mail them out. We’ll tell you the shipping details and how long it should take when you order.

Usually, orders show up within 5 to 8 working days after we send them out. For international orders, it takes a bit longer—usually about 12 to 15 business days depending on how fast customs moves in your country. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. Just keep in mind that once we hand the package to the courier, we aren’t responsible for delays caused by weather, mail service issues, or other things out of our control.
